Programme Purpose This 16-week Management Development Programme has been designed to support new, emerging, or existing managers who want to build and refine their leadership, operational, and strategic management skills. The curriculum provides a step-by-step journey from self-awareness to organisational leadership, integrating theory, reflective practice, and practical tools that can be immediately applied in the workplace. Participants will develop core competencies across people management, performance delivery, strategic thinking, operational execution, and ethical leadership. They’ll explore leadership models, systems thinking, change management, communication mastery, and high-performance culture creation — all while crafting a personalised leadership identity. Learners are encouraged to apply each week’s learning immediately in their work environment and record insights in a reflective learning log.
